Terms of Service

By using requizzer.com ("Requizzer", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Requizzer is a free practice-quiz platform for Philippine exam takers (CSE, LET, and college entrance exams). It also lets subscribers generate quizzes, summaries, flashcards, and cheat sheets from their own PDFs, photos, and YouTube videos using AI. Generated content is study material only — it is not guaranteed to match the actual content, format, or difficulty of any official licensure exam.

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

Reviewer Plus is a paid subscription (₱149/month) that unlocks the full topic library and monthly AI generation credits. Credit packs can be purchased on top of an active subscription. Payments are processed by PayMongo:

• Card payments renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• GCash and Maya payments are one-month, non-recurring — you'll need to pay again manually to keep your subscription active.

You can cancel a card subscription at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Files, photos, and links you submit to generate study material remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to generate and store your results. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that's illegal, infringing, or abusive.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service or its ad delivery
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or credit limits
• Use the service to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

Requizzer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that practice questions or AI-generated content are error-free or fully representative of any official exam.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Requizzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including exam outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
